Leads - Double claims

Duplicate requests (i.e. multiple conversions within one month by the same person for the same training) will be automatically filtered by our system. This second application will be shown as £0, and you will not be invoiced for this conversion.

This is what a duplicate request looks like in the Admin.

Our system filters out email addresses. If an email address filled in a duplicate request (for example, letters that are reversed or a misplaced punctuation) and are therefore not recognized as identical by the system incorrectly, please contact us via invoices@springest.co.uk. We will then change it manually to £0 or put credit your next bill.

The correction of duplicate requests is valid only for a period of 30 days. If anyone in turn makes a request, it will be charged as a unique request.
