Think carefully about the way you follow up on leads. This is extremely important for gaining course registrations. Contact your leads as soon as possible, preferably by telephone if given the opportunity.
I have gotten negative feedback after I had already clearly and properly mailed the corresponding course information to the lead. How can this happen?
Maybe, the information that you mailed has ended up in the recipient's spam filter. We cannot do anything about this matter.
What we can recommend is to use as little images in your email as possible. These images will trigger the spam finders. We also further recommend that you call the lead/recipient if possible before you send through information.
