My widget doesn't work

My widget is not working or does not appear the same on my site. What now?

First, make sure that you have the latest version of the widget on the site.  If this is not the case, replace the current widget with the new version.

Does the problem still exist?  Send an email to  support@springest.co.uk and indicate on which page of your website you have placed your widget.  Make sure that the widget is already on the site so that we can see what faults lie in the source code.  Unfortunately, we can not provide support for problems that take place within your website.
