Subject Statistics

See how your courses score per subject and compare it to the average of all other providers. In the first column you can see how large your audience is per subject and in the second what your marketshare is. Next, the table shows your average correctness of the courses per subject and lets you compare it to the average. Also, it shows the number of pageviews of the courses in the subject and what the percentage is of all the pageviews within that subject.

Audience Subject View

Pageviews (calculated over the last 30 days):

  • Course Pageviews: The number of pageviews calculated from Springest visitors coming from given subject for each given course.
  • Your ‘Subject’ score Pageviews: The sum of all Course Pageviews coming from the specified Subject.
  • Springest Subject score Pageviews: The total number of all Course pageviews from all learning providers listed on Springest UK for the specified Subject.

Market Share:

  • Training Market Share (percentage): Your course pageviews compared to complete potential subject audience (Course Pageviews/Springest Subject score Pageviews).
  • Your ‘Subject’ score Market Share (percentage): Your subject pageviews compared to complete potential subject audience (Your ‘Subject’ score Pageviews/Springest Subject score Pageviews).

Conversion Subject View

Leads column (calculated over the last 30 days):

  • The course row(s) displays the number of information request forms (leads) generated for each course coming from subject.
  • Your ‘Subject’ score row displays the total number of information request forms (leads) generated for all courses listed in the specified subject.
  • Springest Subject score row displays the total number of information request forms (leads) generated for all courses that appear on Springest within the specified subject.

Bookings column (calculated over the last 30 days):

  • The course row(s) displays the number of booking request forms (bookings) generated for each course coming from subject.
  • Your ‘Subject’ score row displays the total number of booking request forms (bookings) generated for all courses listed in the specified subject.
  • Springest Subject score row displays the total number of booking request forms (bookings) generated for all courses that appear on Springest within the specified subject.

Conversion Rate column:

  • Course Conversion Rate: a percentage used to compare a course’s leads to pageviews (Leads/Subject Pageviews).
  • Your ‘Subject’ score Conversion Rate: a percentage used to compare Your ‘Subject’ score leads to Your ‘Subject’ score pageviews (Your ‘Subject’ score Leads/Your ‘Subject’ score Pageviews).
  • Springest Subject score Conversion Rate: Springest subject leads compared to Springest subject pageviews

Quality Subject View

The following metrics do not change after settings data range. They just show the total.

Reviews:

  • Course Reviews: The total number of unique reviews generated per course.
  • Your ‘Subject’ score Reviews: The sum of unique reviews generated for all courses in the specified subject.
  • Springest Subject score reviews: The total number of reviews generated for all courses listed on Springest UK within the scope subject.

Average Rating:

  • Course Average Rating: The average score of all the generated reviews for each course.
  • Your ‘Subject’ score Average Rating: Average score of the sum of all Course Reviews within the specified subject.
  • Springest Subject score Average Rating: The average score of all Course Reviews (for all learning providers) placed on Springest UK for the specified subject.

Completeness:

  • Course Completeness: A score based on the data completed for each course by the learning provider. This number can be used to determine the quality of the course data. We determine how important each course datapoint is for your audience. The most important variables are Description, Price, Startdate Information, and Duration; these variables have more weight in calculating the score.
  • Subject Completeness: Your average Course Completeness score for all courses in the given subject.
  • Course Ranking: The ranking in which the course appears on the Subject Search Results page.
